This position is responsible for driving revenue through channel partners by maintaining relationships with current Federal partners and managing the complete partner lifecycle. This includes recruitment, go-to-market plan development, training, enablement, sales, marketing and measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build focused partner relationships and increase revenue through the channel
  • Identify, qualify and onboard new partners
  • Create strategic business plans to curate effective and mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Develop and deliver training for partners on both selling methods and technical implementation/use
  • Facilitate joint selling between partners and Active Navigation’s Federal sales team

Events Coordinator

As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Active Navigation’s presence at conferences, tradeshows, partner joint programs and other events with a focus on the Americas. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate and execute all the details needed for a successful event, ensuring Active Navigation achieves the highest possible return for its investment. You will collaborate with other members of the team to assist in pre and post-event campaign activities, tracking to KPIs (key performance indicators) where possible.

With the Sales team, you will work with Sales Development Representatives on both the Federal and Commercial teams to ensure that leads from various events are passed seamlessly and followed up with in a timely matter. You will be a vital member of the Marketing team, traveling to various conferences around the country to manage on-site logistics and will be required to work the booth as an exemplary representative of Active Navigation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with logistical, administrative, creative and lead management of conferences, tradeshows, and branded events, as well as ad hoc internal events and summits
  • Seek out new relevant conferences and speaking opportunities; serve as the first point of contact for possible events
  • Assist with demand generation and lead capture, including event registration pages, Salesforce campaigns, customer invites, and follow up communications
  • Coordinate onsite logistics, with 25-50% travel for direct, onsite management
  • Provide support for on-site Active Navigation reps; handle logistical tasks including travel, shipments, registrations, booth ordering, set-up and take-down, team prep, and related marketing campaigns
  • Report on results and analyze metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement of the customer experience and iterate on best practices that help facilitate business outcomes

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience executing events or coordinating logistics planning
  • Proven track record of operational excellence in event execution or similar function
  • Experience with collecting and reporting results
  • Experience working in a customer-facing position
